Built to last.
Easy to fix.
We build waterjet cutting machines with two goals: a machine that rarely breaks down, and one your team can put right quickly when something wears out. Every design choice on this page points the same way.
Genuine components, a separate gantry and tank, and the same pump core across the range.

§02 ↓§01 / Durable
Built not to break down.
What is on the spec sheet is what you get.
Branded components are widely copied. Every component listed in your specification is the genuine part in your machine, and before shipment we send you the list of core components, with part numbers and photographs.
Separate gantry and tank.
Many waterjets are built on a one-piece bed. We keep the gantry and the water tank as separate structures. It costs more to build, but it isolates the motion system from cutting vibration and keeps the guides and ballscrews above the waterline.
123Its own structure.
On the gantry frame, above the waterline.
Separate from the tank.
Motion parts you can name.
Yaskawa servos, THK linear guides and HIWIN ballscrews on every table family, on a heat-treated welded steel base that keeps its geometry.

The same pump core, across the range.
Our intensifier pumps, from the best-selling WCM-P60IV and the energy-saving servo WCM-S60IV to the 600 MPa flagship WCM-P90III, are built around US intensifier core components, the parts that carry the pressure, with a 5-year warranty.

Designed for 15 years of production.
The machines we sold in 2015 were designed for more than 10 years of use, and they are still cutting today. Our current machines are built to a higher standard: a 15-year design life for the structure, the motion system and the pump, with consumables replaced on schedule. The warranty is what we guarantee: 24 months or 4,000 hours, and 5 years on US intensifier core components. The design life is what we build for.

§02 / Easy to maintain
Easy to put right.
Your team replaces the consumables.
Every consumable is designed to be replaced on site by your own team, with maintenance videos and step-by-step guidance. No waiting for an engineer visit.
Send a photo, get the part number.
Not sure which part you need? Send a photo. We confirm the part number, and common spare parts ship within 48 hours on working days.
Maintenance without stopping production.
The WCM-P60IVB carries two intensifiers, one active and one on standby. Routine seal and piston service is done on the idle unit while the other keeps cutting.
Quick to learn.
New operators usually learn basic operation and routine maintenance in 2–3 days. The NcStudio control reads DXF files directly, with cutting simulation and breakpoint resume.
Help for the life of the machine.
§03 / In production
Machines still cutting, years later.
“Our machine has now run for 4000 hours over 10 years. We are very pleased.”
Bought its first VICHOR machine in 2021 for its plant in Egypt, and ordered three more in 2024 for Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.

CASE STUDIES →FAQ / Questions
What buyers ask us.
Can I check the components before the machine ships?
Yes. Before shipment we send the list of core components, with part numbers and photographs. Every component listed in your specification is the one in your machine.
Can my own team do the maintenance?
Yes. Every consumable is designed to be replaced on site, and we provide maintenance videos and step-by-step guidance. New operators usually learn routine maintenance in 2–3 days.
What happens if something breaks?
Message us with the machine model, a short description and a photo or video. We respond within 12 hours and give an initial diagnosis within 24 hours. Common spare parts ship within 48 hours on working days.
How long will the machine last?
Our current machines are designed for 15 years of production, with consumables replaced on schedule. Machines we sold in 2015 were designed for more than 10 years and are still cutting. Scott's Steelworkz in New Zealand reported 4,000 hours over 10 years in 2025. The warranty covers 24 months or 4,000 hours, with 5 years on US intensifier core components.
