Customer background
Founded in 1987, Link Middle East is based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. It manufactures metal products including fencing, guardrails and gabions, and provides metal fabrication services. Its products are sold in more than 75 countries.
Concerns before buying
This was not their first waterjet. Their workshop already had another brand's machine fitted with a KMT intensifier pump. They knew what to look for, so a quotation alone was not enough. In July 2017, they asked to see a machine running and discuss it in person before deciding.
Why VICHOR
In August 2017, Mayuresh Sudhakar Thite, now General Manager of Link Middle East, visited our factory. After seeing the machines and talking with our engineers, they decided to buy and signed the contract that same month. After the visit, he wrote:

Installation and early operation
In February 2018, a VICHOR engineer installed the machine on site in Jebel Ali and trained their operators.
Eight years later
Eight years on, the machine is still cutting in Dubai, and the customer buys consumable parts from VICHOR every year. Since 2019, they have also asked VICHOR to quote spare parts for their older KMT equipment, such as attenuators and mixing chambers.
