Alenac Metals Corp is based in Palm Springs, Florida, USA. It manufactures architectural metal products, specializing in the fabrication and installation of custom aluminum railings for large projects.

What the buyer was worried about
When Guillermo inquired in July 2022, his questions were specific: Were there VICHOR owners in the United States and Canada he could contact directly? What was the capacity of the abrasive delivery system? Which consumable parts should he stock for the first year, and which parts might need replacing? What cutting accuracy could he expect, and how would the machine be transported?
His main concern was installation and technical support. With the machine coming from China, who would help him get it installed and keep it running?
Why VICHOR
We introduced him to Luxwood Auto Trim Design, an existing customer in Montreal. The two companies spoke directly by phone. Luxwood replied:

Installation
Before shipment, we sent Alenac installation guides in English and Spanish, along with videos. Its own team followed the steps, photographing each stage for VICHOR engineers to check remotely.
In early 2023, while installation was still underway, Alejandro Pabon wrote:
“We are in the process of finishing up the installation and feel as if you have been tremendously helpful in many ways.”

Results
The machine went into production in April 2023. Guillermo later took the initiative to propose working with VICHOR and became our partner in the United States. The relationship has long since grown beyond this one machine.
What this case shows
- VICHOR's existing customers are real, and buyers can contact them directly. Before ordering, this US buyer spoke directly by phone with an existing customer in Canada.
- With bilingual documentation and remote guidance, a customer's own team can install a machine equipped with a 5-axis cutting head.
- After using the machine, this customer chose to become VICHOR's partner in the United States. That is a direct endorsement of the machine and the service.
