Jiangsu VICHOR Machinery Co., Ltd. is a China waterjet cutting machine manufacturer that designs, manufactures and supports waterjet cutting machines. Founded in 2014, we have focused on one product category from the start — and on one kind of buyer: those who don’t want the cheapest machine, and don’t need the most expensive.
Why We Don’t Build Cheap Machines
The Chinese waterjet market is intensely price-competitive. To win on price, many manufacturers cut costs where buyers can’t see them — cheaper components, hidden inside a machine that looks the same. A machine like that can cut well on day one. The difference shows up in year three.
We decided early not to go down that road. Every VICHOR machine is configured at the upper range of the Chinese market, built with first-tier components — US core components in the UHP system; linear guides, ball screws and drive systems from brands machine builders worldwide rely on.

A Better Machine Every Year
Much of our engineering has come the practical way: a customer asks for something the standard machine can’t do — we build it, test it, and keep what works. That is why no two years of VICHOR machines are quite the same. Every year, the machine gets easier to run, easier to maintain, and less likely to fail. The machine we ship this year is the best we have ever built — and next year’s will be better.
Our Waterjet Manufacturing Base
VICHOR machines are built at our manufacturing base in Liaoning Province, northeast China — 80 to 100 machines a year. More than 250 of them are now cutting in over 30 countries.
Every machine is built to VICHOR’s specification. VICHOR runs pre-shipment inspection and test cutting, and carries the full warranty and after-sales service. VICHOR machines are CE certified; CSA certification is available for Canadian buyers.
Waterjet Machines That Stay in Production
Our earliest overseas customers bought their machines in 2015 — and machines from those first years are still in production today: seven, eight, ten years on. In this industry, the years tell you more than any specification sheet.
