Innovative Frame Structure with high Rigidity<\/strong><\/p>\n

The main components of the machine are cast with resin-sand technology and with high-strength cast iron, and the rectangular cross sections are strongly reinforced to provide excellent rigidity, resistance to torsional and bending distortion, and superb structural stability.<\/p>\n

High Speed Rapid Travels<\/strong>
\nThe rapid travels of X, Y, and Z axes are up to 36 meters\/minute. AII three axes adopt linear guideways\uff0cand the Z axis has no counterweight, which ensures fast movement of all axes in rapid mode, thus reducing non-cutting time and making the overall machining application very efficient.<\/p>\n

High Speed, High Accuracy Spindle<\/strong>
\nStandard spindle speed is 8000 RPM. Options for 10000, 12000, or 15000 spindles with direct-to-motor coupling are available for higher efficiency machining.<\/p>\n

Structure Designed with Safety and Environmental Concerns in Consideration<\/strong>
\nBall screw bearings are lubricated with fine oil, and seals on the ends of the ball screws ensure that the bearings are maintained fully lubricated, and that foreign matter is kept out, thus extending the service life of the bearings.
\nBoth ball-screws and guideways are automatically lubricated sufficiently with fine oil, in a way that\u00a0conserves oil as much as possible and maintains the interior of the machine clean.
\nThe Z axis adopts automatic mechanical brake and automatic locking when motor is shut down, to provide redundant protection.<\/p>\n

It can also be used to complete the precision machining for the milling, drilling, reaming, hinging, precise boring, tapping, 2D and 3D curved surface and angular surface continuously in one clamping cycle time to realize routinization and shortened production cycle, allowing the good economic benefits brought to the users.<\/p>\n

VICHOR VMC1000 Vertical Machining Center<\/strong> is one of the products developed with independent intellectual property rights by our company. The machine tool is adopted by the mechatronics structure and is applied with 3D design software (Pro\/E) and finite element analysis software (ANSYS) to achieve design optimization, so as to make it more reasonable in structure and design and more perfectible in rigidity, precision maintenance and reliability. Through the introduction of the advanced design concepts and the scientific design methods, the traditional design problems can be solved accordingly.
